With Health Tracker employees are able to manage their own health by entering regular medical tests that they take, such as the cholesterol test. Health Tracker is completely confidential - only information on the health of the general work population is available to managers. Health Tracker includes 27 other self-assessments such as "Relationship Health, "Stress Level, "Emotional Health" and "Depression." Employees can take and retake pertinent tests to improve their general well-being. ![]() Wellness Promotions is monthly e-newsletters, wall posters, wellness day planners, and small health booklets, all customized with your company’s identity and delivered quarterly to designated employees. The program provides up-to-the-minute health science information and helps drive employees to the health portal as well as raise awareness of specific programs.
